Jr. Junior Advisory Council

Cadence 2023 — *Jr. JAC Cadence Konechne*

In the spirit of developing leaders for the future, the Jr. Junior Advisory Council is selected by the education specialist through an interview process. They work hand-in-hand with the Junior Advisory Council to coordinate, implement, and direct State Camp.

These individuals participate in several leadership development opportunities, serving as a page at state convention, helping with Farmers Union events across South Dakota and assisting the State Education Specialist with the promotion of education programs.

In the spirit of developing leaders for the future, the Junior Advisory Council is selected by the youth to serve as leaders, role models and representatives in planning and conducting State Camp.

In addition to coordinating, implementing and directing State Camp these individuals participate in a number of leadership development opportunities throughout the year. They are involved in activities such as serving as a page at the state convention, helping with Farmers Union events across South Dakota and assisting the State Education Specialist with the promotion of educational programs.
